Please ensure that you pop-ups are enabled. To enable you pop-blocker for Internet Explorer: -

1. Open the browser.
2. From the Tools menu, click Pop-up Blocker Settings.
3. In the Address of Web site to allow field, type the URL of the website
4. Click Add.
5. Click Close.

If you have ony other security software, such as Norton's Iternet Security, ensure that these pop-ups are also enabled. Refer to the help of these packages for more information
